Who is the course creator?
Mike Erasmus is an executive coach and facilitator and is the founder of Strategic Facilitation. He devotes his time to teaching success skills and habits to business executives, business owners and anyone wishing to get ahead in any aspect of their lives. Mike started his career in the mining industry spending almost 20 years climbing the corporate ladder ending up as an executive in a large mining house. He has degrees and postgraduate qualifications in psychology, labour law and various aspects of management.

The experience gained in the corporate world as well as in the business world later has given Mike a unique perspective on success and what it takes to grow and be successful and he loves nothing more than to share these perspectives and help others along their own success journeys.

This module discusses the crucial issues of trust and delegation and why they are critical to the success of any leader. The module also discusses creative ways to foster trust and learn the art of delegation
