Tracy Hutchins is an entrepreneur, speaker, coach and family woman. Tracy is a certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioners, Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner, Transformational Coach and NLP life Coach.
On a personal level she has mentored and coached individuals on business, marriage and relationships.
Over the past two decade she has had the incredible opportunity to share what he has learnt with literally hundreds of thousands of individuals across the globe and often address audiences in their thousands. This module is designed to help you grow personally. The module covers 11 key points and is divided into two parts. In part one we take an in depth look into Goal Setting. What gets measured improves and having a clear vision of where we want to go and who we want to become is imperative to our success. Goal Setting may sound simple but for it to be really effective we should follow a few key principles.
Health & Wellbeing
In module two we look at your general health and wellness. This module is also divided into two parts. In part one we look at your physical self while in part two our focus is on mental health. While most of the points are very generic, many of us do not pay enough attention to them until it is to late and we are faced with a chronic disease. The key component in this module will be about how honest you are willing to be in relation to the way that you take care of yourself.
Managing Your Finances
Module three covers a very important topic and that is the management of our finances. It is true to say that those that have all their checks and balances in order stress less. In this module we want to give you a few practical exercises that will help you to understand what to look out for with regards to handling money. We will give you a few tips on what to do and what not to do, in order to take care of your financial situation.
